PMP®-certified project professional with a multidisciplinary background in design, innovation, entrepreneurship, manufacturing and project delivery.

My career has evolved through three complementary disciplines: 

• DESIGN taught me to create; 

• ENTEPRENEURSHIP taught me to understand customers and create value; 

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT taught me to execute with discipline.

I began as an artist and designer, working with colour, form, materials and techniques, and later developed innovative textile and product concepts connecting tradition with contemporary design. My Sugar Lace project received the Snovalec Award in 2016, while a textile collection developed for Mercator's Lumpi brand received a Prešeren Award.

I subsequently founded and ran my own business for more than seven years, delivering 85+ projects across product development, rhythmic gymnastics, sport, digital initiatives and creative industries. I managed clients, suppliers, procurement, production, budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary stakeholders, with selected projects involving teams of up to 30 people.

Following the disruption and closure of my business during the COVID-19 period, I gained further experience in a structured manufacturing environment and subsequently formalised my project-management expertise through the PMP® certification in 2026.

I am now moving toward technology, AI and social-impact innovation, with an early-stage concept for a career-transition initiative helping people whose life circumstances disrupt their professional path understand their transferable capabilities, identify realistic directions and take a concrete next step.
